I was very surprised to receive your email regarding my property with my former husband copied on the correspondence. Before sending communications concerning property ownership, it is your responsibility to verify the ownership records. Had you done so, you would have seen that I am the sole owner of this property. Furthermore, I am no longer married to the individual you included, and he has no ownership interest or authority regarding this property. Including him on this email was inappropriate and resulted in the disclosure of information regarding my property to someone who is not an owner. This was not a professional decision at all.
